The Mistassibi Nord-Ouest river, located north of Lac-Saint-Jean, is a true jewel for whitewater enthusiasts. With rapids ranging from easy to intermediate, and an enchanting natural setting, it offers an immersive experience in the heart of the boreal forest. The immense cliffs of Lac aux foins and the many beaches will charm you.

Women 18 + For beginner to intermediate level
Eve of departure
4:00 p.m. Group meeting in St-Félicien/Dolbeau Mistassini area, checking of personal equipment, group dinner
Day 1
Shuttle to the launching point on the Mistassibi NW River, introduction to canoeing, river reading, lunch on the banks of the river, travel to our first campsite, dinner and evening around the fire
Day 2 to 6
Daily travel to our campsite, portages, river safety concepts, developing ease in the river, days alternating between swimming, canoeing, relaxation and group time
Day 7
Canoe trip to the river exit, closing activity, end of activities planned around 3 p.m.
