Each expedition will be led by 2 qualified guides for a group of 10 participants. Our instructors are all remote first aid workers and have received training in whitewater rescue. Canoe lessons will be given by Paddle Canada instructors. We value the physical safety of our participants as much as their emotional and mental well-being, which is why some of our guides are trained in mental health first aid so they can respond appropriately.
